Dealer territories are agreed during onboarding, and exclusive arrangements are considered case by case where a partner commits to clinical support and service in their market. Clinics and hospitals order directly where no exclusive dealer is appointed.

Each instrument is inspected individually before release for edge and tip geometry under magnification, mechanism function and surface finish. An instrument that fails any of these checks is not shipped.

Yes. Instruments are intended for steam sterilization in prevacuum autoclave cycles up to 134 °C, and manual, ultrasonic and washer-disinfector cleaning workflows are supported. Reprocessing guidance is stated on each product page; if you need a detail it does not cover, ask us and we answer in writing.

GARRY instruments carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The full terms are set out in our Terms of Sale.

Rinse or wipe off blood and debris promptly, avoid prolonged contact with saline or chlorine-based agents, clean with neutral-pH detergents and sterilize by steam in a prevacuum cycle. Detailed reprocessing guidance is stated on each product page.

Orders ship as tracked freight, direct from our facility in Türkiye with no importer in between. Every size has its own order code, so what you ordered can be checked against what arrives, code by code.

Lead time is confirmed per order code on the quotation, and your order confirmation states the estimated dispatch date.

Bank transfer and online payment. The payment details are stated on the quotation, and approved dealer accounts pay online when they order in the dealer portal.
