Manufacturing and Quality Control

Explore the manufacturing, material selection and quality control processes behind our hair transplant instruments.

The Garry Medical Production Process

From material selection and machining to finishing, inspection, and packaging, our core instruments are manufactured and quality-controlled in Türkiye.

Our production process is structured to maintain consistency across each stage. Every instrument follows a defined specification from material intake to final packaging, and quality checks are applied at each step rather than only at the end. Each published size carries its own order code and refers to one defined specification, so a reorder is made to the same drawing as the first delivery.

In-House Manufacturing
Core manufacturing, finishing, and inspection are carried out at our facility in Türkiye.
Selected Materials
Garry J-Steel is used for punches and implanter needles, sapphire crystal for blades, and medical-grade steel for implanter pens.
Individual Quality Control
Each instrument is individually checked for dimensions, surface finish, and function before shipment.
Consistent Specifications
Product sizes and specifications are clearly defined to support accurate ordering and repeat orders.

    Precision machining

Punch geometries, needle profiles and blade profiles are machined to their drawings. Each published size has its own drawing and its own order code.

    Surface finishing

After machining, the surfaces of each instrument are refined in stages and cleaned, so a smooth, consistent finish reaches the inspection bench.

    Piece-by-piece inspection

Each instrument is inspected on its own for geometry, surface finish, function and size. A piece that fails any of these checks is not released.
