Quality & Compliance
How we inspect every instrument, define every specification and answer regulatory questions.
Individual inspection before shipment
Each Garry instrument is inspected individually before it ships, for dimensions, surface finish and function. A piece that fails any of these checks is not released.
- Dimensions: measured and matched to the catalog size and order code
- Surface finish: inspected for smoothness and visual defects
- Function: checked for the task the instrument is designed for, such as a clean, consistent cut at the punch tip
Defined specifications, one order code per size
Every published size has its own order code and refers to one defined specification. A reorder by order code is made to the same specification as the first delivery, and the full size range is published on each product page.
Materials
Japanese Steel (Garry J-Steel) is used for the FUE punches and the DHI implanter needles, sapphire crystal for the sapphire blades and medical-grade steel for the DHI implanter pens. The material is stated on every product page.
Sterilization and reprocessing
Instruments are supplied non-sterile and are steam sterilized at 134 °C before use. Reprocessing guidance is given on each product page, and the punches ship in an autoclavable hard-shell case.
Warranty and returns
Garry instruments carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty claims and returns follow the Returns & Service Policy and the Terms of Sale.
Feedback and incident reports
If an instrument does not perform as expected, send the order code and a short description through the contact page. Distributors report incidents to us in writing, as set out in the Terms of Sale.
Regulatory information
Regulatory questions are answered in writing on request through the contact page. Registration in an importing country is the responsibility of the importing distributor.
